THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.8225 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application dated 25.07.2016 along with form 6A before the 2nd respondent for issuing pattedar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.35 guntas, in Survey No.19/ 11 situated at Repellewada Village, Tandur Mandal, Mancherial District. As no action is taken on the said application, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioner dated 25.07.2016 is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Court has not considered the merits or entitlement of petitioner but has examined only the limited grievance of non-consideration of the pending application and it is for the recording authority to examine the merits and pass orders. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
