THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7396 OF 2008 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of WP.No.24260 of 2008 and batch by order dated 11.07.2016 and the subject matter of the present writ petition squarely covered by the aforesaid order which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, learned Assistant Government Pleader requests two months time to complete the said exercise which was fixed by the Division Bench at clause-3 of the aforesaid order as 'before 31.12.2016'.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order dated 11.07.2016 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WP.No.24260 of 2008 and batch. However, the respondents shall complete the said exercise within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
