The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition to challenge the order, if any, passed against the petitioner's temporary fair price shop.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition to challenge the order, if any, passed against the petitioner's temporary fair price shop.
