THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2447 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order of the third respondent in proceedings No.892/Chits/2016, dated 06.06.2016, whereby the third respondent issued orders to wind up the 'Sai Bhavana Chit Funds India Limited', Chirala Branch, Prakasam District. Since there is a provision of Appeal, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file Appeal within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
