The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not providing adequate police aid to the petitioner and to the 5th respondent-Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC), Warangal for effective and meaningful enforcement of the order dated 14.06.2019 passed by this Court in IA No.1 of 2019 in Writ Petition No.11005 of 2019, with a consequential direction to the respondents to ensure that no burials take place in the land admeasuring Ac.8.25 guntas in Survey Nos.100/A/B/C/D situated at Mamnoor Village, Khila Warangal Mandal, Warangal Urban District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Miss. Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for 5th respondent-GWMC.

The Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 12.02.2020 submits that upon the 5th respondent-GWMC making a request on 24.06.2019 to take necessary action to prevent the burial in Survey Nos.100/A/B/C/D, as per the orders of this Court in W.P.No.11005 of 2019, on receipt of the said representation a GD entry was made. Further, it is stated that as per the said

orders of this Court, the respondent police authorities are preventing persons from using the land as burial ground. Recording the above said submission made on behalf of the respondent authorities, whereby it is stated that the respondent police authorities are preventing the use of the scheduled land as burial ground in compliance with the said orders of this Court, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
