COMMON JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) These Writ Appeals are filed against common order dated 25-07-2017 in W.P.Nos. 46578 and 46579 of 2016. 2.

By the aforementioned impugned order, the learned single judge has allowed the Writ Petitions and directed the appellants to evaluate the answer sheets (OMRs) of the respondents and declare their results. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that in pursuance of the orders of the learned single judge, the answer sheets have already been evaluated and that results are yet to be declared. Inasmuch as the main ground on which the Writ Appeals have been filed is the impracticability of evaluation of the answer sheets, as the respondents have not shaded the booklet code and the answer sheets having since been evaluated, this ground ceased to exist. Therefore, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the learned single judge.

The Writ Appeals are accordingly dismissed. If the appellants do not declare the results within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the respondents are entitled to avail appropriate legal remedies.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeals, W.A.M.P.Nos. 2667 and 2714 of 2017 shall stand dismissed as infructuous. ___________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J.
