Bhattacharjee, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent - Cantonment Board.
The petitioner prays for mandamus declaring the inaction of the 1st respondent in removing the alleged illegal and unauthorised constructions made by respondent Nos.2 to 9 in premises No.4, Anjinamma Compound, Picket, Secunderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the time of hearing, Mr. Deepak Bhattacharjee, learned Standing Counsel representing the 1st respondent submits that the illegal and unauthorised constructions which are the subject matter of this writ petition are already removed by the 1st respondent. The statement of the learned Standing Counsel is placed on record.
The cause in the writ petition has rendered infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
