THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.2504 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.2094, 2484 and 2538 of 2018 dated 16.04.2019, and contends that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the said order. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents does not dispute the said submission.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the common order dated 16.04.2019 in W.P.Nos.2094, 2484 and 2538 of 2018, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. No order as to costs.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
