This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the lands of the petitioner and trying to evict the petitioner from the land in Survey No.363/1-3 to an extent of Ac.1.32 guntas, situated at Gaganul Village, Nagarkurnool Mandal & District, Telangana State, without following due process of law. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that the 3rd respondent never tried to evict the petitioner from the subject land nor they have visited the subject land of the petitioner on 03.02.2020.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
