This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/A-1 and A-3 under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., impugning the First Information Report in Crime No. 213 of 2018 registered by the SubInspector of Police, RPS Mancherial Police Station of RP DistrictSecunderabad, Warangal district, for the offences punishable under section 302 read with section 34 of IPC seeking to release thje petitioners/A-1 and A-3 on bail.

2. Heard Dr.Challa Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners/A-1 and A-3 and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the first respondent/State and perused the bail application averments.

3. From the perusal of the material on record, there are no grounds as on date to the concession of bail. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, it is not a bar in future from any changed circumstances to approach the learned Sessions Judge.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
