The petitioner is seeking return of passport, which was seized in connection with F.No.ECIR/HYZ0/36/2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court on 08.08.2023 in Crl.P.No.634 of 2021 had quashed the ECIR proceedings against this petitioner on the ground that predicate offence was not made out.

In the said circumstances, the passport of the petitioner shall be returned to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
