The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the land to an extent of Ac.5-00 guntas in Sy.No.87, Ac.0-30 guntas in Sy.No.323/273 and Ac.1-80 guntas in Sy.No.336/4 situated at Girivelli Village, Dahegaon Mandal, Komarambheem Asifabad District and he was issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds and his name was mutated in revenue records. Some third party filed suit in O.S.No.27 of 2000 on the file of Junior Civil Judge's Court, Sirpur for permanent injunction against the subject property and the same was dismissed on 10-03-2004. Though the Government conducted detailed enquiry/survey of lands for issuance of new pattedar passbooks, but the same were not issued. The petitioner filed representation on 09-09-2019 to the 3rd respondent. As the same is not considered, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the writ petition is filed directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 09-09-2019, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. As a

sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
