THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.R.P.No.344 of 2019 O R D E R:

This Revision is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction of the XVI Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri in deciding the CMA No.23 of 2018 though arguments in the matter appear to have been heard in October, 2018 itself.

The copy of the Docket Proceedings of the Court below filed herein in the Revision shows the matter has underwent at least 7 adjournments after the CMA was finally heard. 3.

Therefore, the XVI Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri is directed to pass orders in the CMA No.23 of 2018, already heard by him, within a period of two (02) weeks from today. The said Officer shall also send an explanation to this Court why the matter was adjourned 7 times after 29.10.2018 without the orders being pronounced in the CMA.

The Civil Revision Petition is allowed with the above directions. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
