In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners/A.2 to A.7, A.11 to A.28, A.30 to A.55, A.57 to A.60 seek to quash the proceedings against them in Cr.No.104 of 2011 of Thorrur Police Station, Warangal District.

While so, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing a letter dated 22-6-2015, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Thorrur Police Station, Warangal District, would submit that in this case, police have referred the matter as mistake of fact on 19-6-2011 and thus prayed to dismiss the petition as infructuous. There is no representation for the petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
