HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2279 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondent in not considering the case of the petitioner for the post of Gardener in the Forest Department of the respondent Devasthanam.

2. This Court by order dated 05.02.2010 directed the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders.

3. The respondent considered the case of the petitioner and rejected the same vide proceedings dated 03.06.2010. In view of the same, in the absence of any challenge to the subsequent order, the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
