When the matter came up for hearing on 21.09.2017, the learned counsel for the petitioners called absent and there was no representation on their behalf. Hence, in the interest of justice, to avoid passing of any adverse orders, the matter was posted to today. Today also when the matter is called, in spite of giving opportunity, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, which clearly establish that the petitioners are not acting diligently and that they are not interested in pursuing the petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to it, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
