THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28454 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as permanent Fair Price Shop dealer of Shop No.32 of Vellamaddi Village. The authorisation of the petitioner is valid and in force as of today. In spite of the same when the stock was not released to the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

This case came for consideration on 03.09.2015 and was adjourned for instructions by the learned Government Pleader. Today the learned Government Pleader submits that the authorisation of the petitioner is in force and if the authorisation of the petitioner is in force, the petitioner is entitled to receive the stock. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to supply stock to the petitioner so long as the authorisation of the petitioner is in force and valid. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
