No representation for the petitioner/Accused No.3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh on behalf of respondent No.1 would represent that the Investigating Officer has laid charge sheet and the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kothapet, East Godavari District, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.263 of 2016 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
