HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.30748 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representations of the petitioners dated 02.09.2016, 22.08.2016 and 16.08.2016, as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail other remedies available to him, including filing of a fresh writ petition.

3. Permission is accorded.
