Avula Veera Mallaiah, S/O. Thirupathaiah v. The Government Of A.P.
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.16697 of 2014
ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent in interfering with the civil disputes at the instance of 5th and 6th respondents, and calling the petitioner to the police station for settlement of the disputes, as arbitrary and illegal. While admitting the writ petition on 19.6.2014, this Court passed the following order:
"The 4th respondent shall not summon the petitioner unnecessarily to the police station and pressurize him to settle the civil disputes between him on the one hand and respondents 5 and 6 on the other, unless any criminal case is booked against the petitioner."
A counter-affidavit is filed on behalf of the 4th respondent stating that at no point of time, the petitioner was summoned to the police station nor threatened him as alleged in the affidavit. The writ petition was filed only to prevent the police from taking any action in future.
In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of making the interim order dated 19.06.2014 passed in WPMP No.20746 of 2014 as final order. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO 21st October, 2016 rkk
