to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.485 of 2014 on the file of the Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Badvel.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner wants to file another application giving elaborate reasons and intends to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Under these circumstances, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
