This Writ Petition is filed alleging that though complaint was lodged by the petitioner on 10.02.2019, no crime is registered. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader stated that complaint is registered as Crime No.42 of 2019 of Adibatla Police Station on 12.02.2019. 3.

In view of the same, cause in the Writ Petition does not survive.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
