This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order dt. 31.03.2016 in I.A.No.26 of 2016 in O.S.No.1021 of 1997 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that during pendency of this Revision, the main suit i.e., O.S.No.1021 of 1997 has been disposed of on 18.08.2016 and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
