Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not issuing the affiliation to the petitioner college for B.A., B.Ed., programme of 4 years (integrated) duration with an annual intake of 100 students (2units) for the academic year 2017-2018, even though the N.C.T.E. granted formal recognition to the petitioner college for the academic year 2016-2017, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts her prayer seeking a direction to the respondentUniversity to consider the representation dated 04.05.2016, at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that the said representation would be considered, provided the same is still pending consideration.

Without going into the merits of the case, having regard to the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation dated 04.05.2016, made by the petitioner seeking affiliation, in accordance with law, at the earliest, if the same is still pending consideration. No costs.
