This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not assigning the land situated in Sy.No.73, admeasuring Ac.3-00 cents of Reddivaripalle, Chandragiri Mandal Chittoor District, in spite of the repeated representations made by the petitioner and recommendations of the 4th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that notice sent to the petitioner returned with an endorsement "died".
