HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5042 of 2014 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.113 of 2010 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Darsi for the offence punishable under Section 498-A read with Section 34 IPC.

2) The accused and the defacto-complainant are present and they want to compound the above offence. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offence is compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defacto-complainant since present with the accused.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C.No.113 of 2010 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Darsi for the offence punishable under Section 498-A read with Section 34 IPC, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioner/A-1, if any, shall stand cancelled.
