Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the notification challenged in the writ petition was cancelled by the authorities. At present, the subject shop is assigned to B.C (Male) and the grievance complained in the writ petition does not survive. The statement of learned Assistant Government is placed on record and the writ petition is closed as no further order is necessary. There shall be no order as costs.
