ORDER:
This writ petition is flied for a mandamus to set aside proceedings bearing No.J/1349/2009, dated 24.08.2009, of respondent No.1, whereby he has suspended the petitioner's fair price shop authorisation.
This Court by order, dated 07.09.2009, granted interim direction on the strength of which the petitioner is continued as fair price shop dealer. The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS), on instructions, submitted that an enquiry has been held during the pendency of the writ petition but no final order has been passed so far.
Having regard to the above facts, respondent No.1 is directed to complete the enquiry, if the same has not been done, pass a final order and take further action depending upon the nature of the order to be passed. Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.24281 of 2009 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
