It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for Revenue that the lis in the writ petitions is squarely covered by the common order, dated 20.04.2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.29735 of 2012 and batch.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, all these writ petitions are disposed of, in terms of the common order dated 20.04.2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.29735 of 2012 and batch. No order as to costs.

Office is to append a copy of the order in WP.No.29735 of and batch, dated 20.04.2016.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in all the writ petitions shall stand closed.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
