THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.31025 of 2015 ORDER :

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the Appeal filed by the petitioner on 30.07.2015 before the 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.28.04.2015 of the 3rd respondent canceling the petitioner's Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization has not been disposed of by the 2nd respondent even though four months has elapsed since its filing.

2. The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 30.07.2015, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner on 30.07.2015 against the order dt.28.04.2015 of the 3rd respondent within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
