The counter affidavit shows that rowdy sheet against the petitioner is already opened on 08.10.2014 and is renewed up to 31.12.2015. Hence, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to question the rowdy sheet opened against him, if he so desires. There shall be no order as to costs.
