HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1813 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made an application in Form-6-A on 03.11.2015 for grant of pattadar pass book and mutation of his name in the revenue records before the 4th respondent. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application made by the petitioner on 03.11.2015 is pending before the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
