It is represented by the learned counsel for petitioners as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue that the lis in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the order dated 13.03.2018, passed by this Court in WP.No.898 of 2013. In view of the aforesaid submission, and for the reasons alike in WP.No.898/2013, these writ petitions are allowed in terms of the said order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.

Let a copy of the order dated 13.03.2018 in WP.No.898/2013 be annexed to these writ petitions.
