This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 5 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.2378 of 2017 of Rajendra Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 03.07.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar and C.C.No.2271 of 2018 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
