Heard the learned counsel for petitioners Sri Polisetti Radhakrishna and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateshwarlu for the 2nd Respondent-Municipality. 2.
Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23219 of 2017 dated 13.7.2017 and requested to dispose of the present writ petition in terms of the said order. Copy of the order dated 13.7.2017 is placed on record along with writ petition as material paper. The same is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "In the light of the submissions made by the respective counsel and in view of the admitted fact that the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of his property, his possession shall not be interfered with by the respondents-authorities without following due process of law as enjoined, whether under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency of Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Act 20 of 2013 or in any other law."

Following the above referred order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed in terms of the above mentioned order dated 13.7.2017 in W.P.No.23219 of 2017.
