Samba Siva Rao1.

In the light of the aforesaid, the present writ petitions also stand disposed of. The judgment delivered in the case of Government of Andhra Pradesh (supra) shall be applicable mutatis mutandis in the present cases also.

Let a copy of the judgment delivered in the case of Government of Andhra Pradesh (supra) be kept on record in the present cases.
