THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE Nos.241, 165, 166, 168, 170, 171, 248 & 265 OF 2019 COMMON ORDER:

Learned Government Pleader for School Education produced the documents evidencing the payment of amounts to the petitioners in accordance with the directions issued. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the factum of payment of amounts, but contends that petitioners are also entitled to Six Years Service Increment and the Telangana Increment.

However, the same is not the subject matter of the orders in the Writ Petitions. Therefore, it cannot be said that by not paying the said amounts, the respondent has violated the directions of the Court.

The Contempt Cases are accordingly closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to independently prosecute their claims regarding Six Years Service Increment and the Telangana Increment and any other service benefits, which they are entitled to.
