THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8426 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.4 of 2014 of Owk Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 408, 323, 420 and 506 I.P.C., filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that after investigation, the matter was referred as false and hence, there is no question of apprehension of arrest to petitioners - accused Nos.1 and 2 and thus, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
