HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.36447 of 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to declare order, dated 01.09.2016, passed in I.A. No.995 of 2015 in O.A. No.453 of 2015, by the Endowments Tribunal, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, set aside the same.

After perusing the order impugned, this Court is of the view that this writ petition is not maintainable, since the order under impugned has to be challenged by way of filing a civil revision petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J October 28, 2016.
