This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.84 of 2009 on the file of Mogalthur PS.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 18.02.2016. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

3. The criminal petition is, therefore, dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
