This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.88 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, KPHB Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 497 and 506 IPC. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition stating that if she is aggrieved of filing of charge sheet in this case, in such event, she would agitate the same before the appropriate Forum in accordance with law. 4.
