THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL Transfer Criminal Petition No. 249 of 2011 Order:

This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed seeking to transfer STC No.118 of 2010 from the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Madanapally, to the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool. Heard both sides.

On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the petition it is clear that the petitioner/accused except saying that she is a lady and she is suffering from health problem, nothing is stated as to how the case has to be transferred from Madanapally to Kurnool. There are absolutely no merits in the petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Transfer Criminal Petition shall stand closed. __________________ M.S.K. JAISWAL, J.
