HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.482 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC to withdraw O.S. No.41 of 2013 from the file of II Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur and to transfer the same to the file of IV Additional District Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari District for trial and disposal along with O.S. No.142 of 2013.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.V.N.L. Sindoora, learned Advocate, representing Sri E.V.V.S. Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested to permit the petitioners to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
