HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.27801 of 2010 ORDER:

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to pay the amounts, recovered from the petitioner's salary, to the credit of E.P.No.71 of 2009.

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that, while certain amounts were deducted each month by the 2nd respondent from his salary, the 2nd respondent had failed to remit the said amount to the 1st respondent; and the 1st respondent had again recovered the amounts due from the petitioner herein. By the interim order passed in WPMP No.35465 of 2010 dated 26.11.2010, this Court directed the 2nd respondent not to effect any further deductions from the salary of the petitioner; and to remit the amount, deducted by them from the petitioner, to the credit of E.P.No.71 of 2009 in O.S.No.335 of 2003 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Anakapalli.

As the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has already been granted by way of the interim order passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. _________________________________ RAMESH RANGANATHAN, ACJ.
