HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.C. No. 1759 of 2016 O R D E R:- The learned counsel for the respondent-contemnor submits that in pursuance of the order dated 30.06.2017 passed by this Court, the respondent has taken decision on the representation dated 10.03.2016 made by the petitioner vide Proceedings RC No. 58/ Stores/ 2016, dated 06.07.2017, and accordingly, an amount of Rs.4,79,567/ - has been sanctioned towards payment for supply of Yarco Tissue Processor and Microtome to ACSR Government Medical College, Nellore during the month of March, 2016.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case. Consequently, the respondent is hereby discharged from the contempt proceedings.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
