This revision is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 read with 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 24.10.2011 in M.C.No.13 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Giddalur, Prakasam District.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
