HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 32493 of 2011 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in appointing the respondents 3 and 4 as members of the Executive Council of the second respondent - University in GO Ms. No.145, Higher Education (UEI) Department, dated 15.11.2011.

2. The tenure of the members of the Executive Council of the second respondent - University is for a period of three years and the said term is already over. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
