HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE Writ Petition No.7411 of 2012 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears for the respondents.

Petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in proposing to demolish the house of the petitioner bearing Door No. 49-13-24, situated at Subbaraopeta, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary and further seeks direction to the respondents not to demolish the house, without following the due process of law. On 19.3.2012, this Court while admitting the writ petition, on W.P.M.P. No. 9386 of 2012, granted interim stay of demolition except in accordance with law.

Keeping that in view, I do not find any reason to keep this petition pending any further, and I am satisfied that this petition can be disposed in terms of the interim order dated 19.3.2012. Order accordingly. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
