As there was no representation for the petitioner on 05.01.2016, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Even today, despite listing the matter today under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned standing counsel for GHMC is present. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
