THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3287 of 2009 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not regularizing the pay fixation in the cadre of AEO and also not paying the regular increments. This Court, by order dated 27.02.2009, directed the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioner in the cadre of Assistant Executive Officer within a period of four weeks. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the pay of the petitioner was fixed, and no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition. Recording the above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall also stand closed.
